Here's an article that I wrote for the safety magazine of my former employer, Jernbaneverket. It's a (roughly) quartely magazine aimed at operational personnel (and others) with the aim to share knowledge about safety in the widest sense, be it information on accidents and incidents, new safety rules, best practices, or theoretical knowledge made understandable. And much more. I think it's a great initiative and I'm proud to have been part of it.
The article is in Norwegian. I apologize to non-Norwegian speakers. But take a look at the magazine anyway to get an impression of how this can be done. And if you're interested in Just Culture, why not just read the summary of Sidney Dekker's seminal book elsewhere on this website?
